Important information to our customers attention!

Dear customers.
Due to a big hardware issue, we had to put our webshop's server in heavy maintenance.
If you registered between May 16 9:00 AM AND May 18, you will have to use the password recovery tool to be able to log in.
If you made a purchase in the same period, your order's reference will have changed but is still in your account.
If you paid with Payzen, please send us your order confirmation with the products detail so that we can rebuild and attach your licenses.

Cannot install VB-CABLE (setup program does not work).

VB-CABLE Installation must follow the strict step by step process:

1 - Download zip on your local disk (e.g.: "My downloads").

2- Extract all files in one folder (e.g. temporary folder on C: System Disk "C:\temp")

3 - From this temporary folder: Run Setup program in administrator mode (right click on exe to see the “run as administrator” menu item)

4 - Follow instructions and reboot after installation

If the setup program only shows "Remove" option:

It means our Virtual Audio Drivers are already installed or partially uninstalled. Simply follow the uninstall process, then reboot your computer.
If you still can't manage to install VB-CABLE, you will have to manually remove it from Windows Devices Manager.
